Distinct shop personalities: East flagship has 12 chairs and an outdoor deck; Gulch sits in a 100-year-old Santa Fe Southern Railroad Depot building; Germantown is in a 1904 grocery store with original brick; Wedgewood is on the Fort Houston campus with a patio.
